Your Teacher

Nicholas Barton brings over 15 years of professional teaching experience to Hotel English. He is an official British Council examiner and holds a BA and a PGCE from the University of Liverpool and University of Derby, as well as a Trinity College CertTESOL qualification.
Alongside his teaching career, Nicholas is the owner of a top-rated hostel in Thailand, giving him first-hand experience of what excellent customer service looks like in real hospitality settings. His teaching focuses on practical, real-world English skills, helping hotel staff communicate confidently and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
